If you were/are an AT&T Mobility, LLC customer at any point over the past five (5) years, it is likely you have been charged an “administrative fee”

AT&T Mobility reached a class action settlement as to California consumers ONLY.  The amount agreed upon was a fraction of what AT&T Mobility generates from the fee. We believe AT&T Mobility continues to mislead its customers about this administrative fee, whereas other wireless carriers have pledged to remove “hidden fees” from their customers’ bills.

Lastly, AT&T has only recently (in March 2024) only admitted that it was the subject of a data breach wherein customer’s personal information was obtained and placed on the dark web even though the breach occurred purportedly in 2019.

We will pursue your claim at no cost to you.  Any expenses, if any, will be deducted from the recovery of your claim.  You may have a claim for damages up to eight thousand dollars ($8,000.00) because AT&T allows customers to pursue claims in small claims court.
