If you’ve been an AT&T Mobility, LLC customer at any point over the past five (5) years, it is likely you have been charged an “administrative fee.”

AT&T Mobility reached a class action settlement as to California consumers ONLY.  The amount agreed upon was a fraction of what AT&T Mobility generates from the fee. We believe AT&T Mobility continues to mislead its customers about this administrative fee, whereas other wireless carriers have pledged to remove “hidden fees” from their customers’ bills.

Additionally, AT&T has recently admitted (March of 2024) that it was the subject of a data breach wherein customer’s personal information was obtained and placed on the dark web even though the breach allegedly occurred in 2019.

We will pursue your claim at no cost to you. Expenses, if any, will be deducted from the recovery of your claim. Because AT&T allows customers to pursue claims in small claims court, you may have a claim for damages up to eight thousand dollars ($8,000.00).
